• University Suggestions: Any university matches, shortlists, or recommendations shared during the webinar or shown in the portal are indicative suggestions based on the profile information you provide. They are not an assessment of your eligibility and do not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa approval.
• Accuracy of Your Information: The usefulness of any suggestion depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us. Incorrect or incomplete information will produce unsuitable results.
• University and Course Data: Information about universities, courses, fees, deadlines, and scholarships is compiled from public and third-party sources and may change without notice. You must verify all details directly with the institution before acting on them.
• Session Delivery: Live sessions are delivered online through third-party platforms such as Microsoft Teams. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or the third-party platform. We may reschedule, change the format of, or substitute the counsellor for a session where reasonably necessary.
• Portal Availability: The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may carry out maintenance, add or remove features, or experience downtime, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• No Professional Representation: Our counsellors provide general guidance. They are not acting as your immigration adviser, legal representative, or financial adviser.

6. Fees and Payments

Our webinar registration fee is ₹49 (Indian Rupees forty-nine only), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

• What the Fee Covers: The fee reserves your seat at one live Profile Matching Webinar and provides access to your student portal account. It does not cover any further counselling, application handling, document preparation, test preparation, visa filing, or other paid service, each of which is charged separately and agreed with you in advance.
• Not an Advance or Deposit: The fee is a registration and seat-reservation charge. It is not a deposit, retainer, or advance against the cost of any other service, and it is not adjustable against future fees unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
• Payment Processing: Payments are collected through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, and net banking. The payable amount is determined on our server at the time of checkout. Your registration is confirmed only once the payment is successfully captured and verified.
• Failed and Duplicate Payments: If a payment fails or is debited without your registration being confirmed, the amount is normally reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard settlement timelines. Contact us with your transaction reference and we will assist in tracing it.
• Third-Party Charges: Any bank charges, convenience fees, currency conversion costs, or international transaction fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Changes to Pricing: We may revise our fees at any time. The fee applicable to you is the one displayed at the time of your checkout.
• No Guarantee from Payment: Payment of the fee secures your seat and portal access only. It does not create any entitlement to admission, scholarship, visa approval, or any specific outcome.

For cancellations requested by you, the ₹49 webinar fee is refundable only if your cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start time. Cancellations with less notice, non-attendance and attended sessions are not refundable. Your booking confirmation email states the session date, start and end time, time zone, booking timestamp and exact cancellation deadline; your payment confirmation states the payment date and time. Eligibility is assessed at the recorded cancellation time, even if staff review it later. Payment corrections and cancellations by us are addressed separately in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of this disclaimer. How we handle these records is explained in our Privacy Policy.
