When you engage with our Facebook Ads, website, or services, we may collect the following information:

• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, or other details you voluntarily provide (e.g., when filling out a lead form or registering for counseling/consultation).
• Automatically Collected Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and activity related to our ads (via cookies, pixels, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking technologies).
• From Facebook & Partners: Information you choose to share through Facebook Lead Forms or other integrations.
• Paid Registration Details: When you register for a paid webinar or service, we collect your full name, WhatsApp number, email address, registrant role, selected quiz profile and planned intake. We record booking and cancellation dates and times, the selected webinar's scheduled start and end times and time zone, changes to your booking, and any attendance information recorded for the session.
• Payment Information: Razorpay processes your payments. We retain order and payment references, amount, currency, status, checkout initiation and payment confirmation dates and times, and refund references and status. We never collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials on our systems.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for purposes including:

• Providing education and career counseling services.
• Communicating with you regarding inquiries, offers, and updates.
• Personalizing your experience and showing you relevant opportunities.

• Payment Gateway: Razorpay Software Private Limited, which processes your payment and handles your payment credentials under its own privacy policy and applicable RBI and PCI-DSS requirements.
• Communication and Delivery Platforms: Providers that help us deliver your webinar and service messages, such as WhatsApp Business, email delivery services, and Microsoft Teams for live sessions.

• Deliver more relevant advertising.

6. Payments and Transaction Data

Our paid registrations, including the ₹49 webinar registration fee, are collected through Razorpay. The amount payable is determined on our server at the time of checkout.

• Your card, UPI, and net banking details are entered directly on the secure Razorpay checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our website.
• We retain transaction and booking records with dates and times, including checkout initiation, payment confirmation, booking, booking changes, cancellation requests, refund review and refund processing. Records are stored as absolute timestamps; customer confirmations display an explicit time zone. These records let us issue receipts, confirm your booking and assess cancellations against the deadline of 48 hours before the scheduled webinar start. We preserve the scheduled start and eligibility at the time of a refund request, so a later review does not change an on-time cancellation into a late one.
• Your receipts and invoices are made available inside your portal account.
• The handling of your payment credentials by Razorpay is governed by its own privacy policy, available on its website.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and then delete or anonymise it. In general:

• Enquiry and lead data: retained while we are in active contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Registration and portal account data: retained for as long as your portal account remains active.
• Payment, booking and refund records: retained as needed for accounting, cancellation eligibility, customer support and disputes, and for the period required by applicable regulations. Cancelling or moving a webinar does not erase the earlier booking and payment timestamps.
• Analytics and advertising data: retained in line with the retention settings of the relevant platform.

We may retain information for longer where required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

8. Indian Data Protection (DPDP Act, 2023)

If you are in India, we process your personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. In addition to the rights set out above, you have the right to:

• Obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you and the processing activities undertaken.
• Request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of your personal data.
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
