What makes a student visa application strong?
A strong student visa application shows four things clearly: you have a genuine place on a course that fits your background, you can pay for tuition and living costs from traceable funds, you meet the English and health requirements, and your plans after the course make sense.
Most refusals we see are avoidable: funds that appear suddenly without explanation, a course that does not connect to past studies, missing documents, or answers in the interview that contradict the SOP. Our job is to find and fix these gaps before an officer does.
No consultant can guarantee a visa, because the decision belongs to the government of your destination country. What we can promise is a complete, honest and well-prepared file.

Common reasons student visas are refused
If you have been refused before, we start with your refusal letter and fix each reason before you reapply.
- Funds that cannot be traced or were deposited just before applying
- A course that does not connect to your education or career
- Weak or inconsistent answers about your plans after the course
- Missing, unclear or unverified documents
- Gaps in study or work history with no explanation
Student visas: frequently asked questions
Can a consultant guarantee my student visa?
No. The decision is made by the immigration authority of your destination country, and any consultant who guarantees a visa is not being honest. We make sure your file is complete, consistent and meets the published requirements.
How much money do I need to show for a student visa?
It depends on the country, city and course length. Most countries require your first year of tuition plus a set amount for living costs, and some have rules on how long the money must be held. For example, the UK requires funds to be held for 28 consecutive days. We calculate the exact figure for your case.
How early should I apply for my visa?
As early as your destination allows once you have your admission document, such as a CAS, I-20 or CoE. Processing times rise sharply before the September intake, so we plan your file to be ready the day you become eligible.
My visa was refused. Can I apply again?
Usually, yes. Read the refusal letter carefully, because it lists the reasons. A new application should fix each reason with fresh evidence rather than resubmit the same file. We review refusals and tell you honestly whether reapplying now makes sense.
Do you help with dependant or spouse visas?
Rules for dependants differ widely by country and course level, and several countries have tightened them. Tell us your situation and we will explain what is currently allowed for your destination.
Have your visa file checked before you submit
Share your destination and admission document. We will review your file and tell you what needs fixing.
